1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the User") and 89fd ("the Platform", "we", "us") with respect to your use of the 89fd website, mobile application, and all associated services. By registering an account or accessing any part of the 89fd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any 89fd services. These Terms apply to all users across all sections of the platform — sports betting, live casino, slot games, bingo, and any other product or feature that 89fd makes available.

4 Deposits

All deposits on 89fd are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and other mobile wallets as indicated in your account's deposit section.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. There is no 89fd fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your wallet or bank before depositing.

Deposits are credited to your 89fd account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically clear within minutes. Bank transfers and Raast transactions may take slightly longer depending on the time of day and banking processing hours.

• Do not deposit funds that belong to another person without their explicit consent.
• Do not use a payment method that is not registered in your own name — this may trigger a verification hold on withdrawals.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 89fd are processed back to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever possible. All withdrawals are paid in PKR. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account.

Before a withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have completed any applicable identity verification.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• There must be no active fraud investigation or suspicious activity review on your account.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the maximum single withdrawal limit for your account tier.

89fd does not charge a withdrawal fee for standard transactions. If a payment provider applies their own transfer fee, this will be indicated at the point of withdrawal. 89fd reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal above a defined threshold.

6 Betting Rules

Sports betting on 89fd covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and all major bilateral series), football, tennis, esports and other markets as listed in the betting section. Pre-match and live in-play betting are both available for qualifying events.

By placing a bet on 89fd, you accept the following:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, 89fd reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your account balance.
• Live in-play bets may be delayed slightly due to data feed latency. 89fd is not responsible for any perceived discrepancy between live odds and the actual state of play at the moment of bet placement.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or significantly altered, 89fd will apply the applicable rule for that sport as set out in the individual sport's betting rules.

Accumulator bets combine multiple selections. All legs must win for the accumulator to pay out. One void or cancelled selection in an accumulator reduces the number of legs — it does not void the entire bet unless explicitly stated in the individual sport rules.

7 Casino & Slot Games

The casino section of 89fd includes live dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, game shows), table games and a wide range of slot titles. All games use certified random number generation or, in the case of live casino, real physical outcomes dealt or spun by a live dealer.

Game results are final. 89fd does not intervene in individual game outcomes. 8 Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus rules that apply across all 89fd promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and may be subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89fd platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, whether under the same name or a different identity, is not permitted.
• Underage access: Allowing or assisting any person under the age of 18 to access your account or the platform in any form.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals after funds have been used on the platform.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

89fd reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — the prohibited activities listed in Section 9, failure to complete required verification, extended inactivity, or a user request to close the account.

If your account is suspended pending an investigation, access to your balance will be restricted during the review period. If the investigation concludes with no finding of wrongdoing, your account will be reinstated and your balance made accessible. If a policy breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so through your account settings. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method before closure is finalised. Please allow standard withdrawal processing time for this to complete.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Platform Availability

During live sporting events, if a significant technical fault occurs that prevents the completion of an in-play bet, 89fd will review affected bets individually. Where a bet cannot be settled due to a platform fault, the stake will be returned to the user's account.
